HOW TO ACTIVATE ACCESS TO THE SYSTEM
In order to get the access it is necessary to ask one’s supervisor or a person authorised by a contract to apply to ICR for assigning a starting password. Each user receives a starting password that allows logging into the system and assigning a new password. Individual password is valid for 30 days. Then the system asks for its change.
I FORGOT MY PASSWORD
In case of problems with the password, please notify us at: pomoc.techniczna@icr.pl. After positive verification you will receive the password and login to your mailbox or phone – depending on the procedure provided in the contract.
ACCOUNT HAS BEEN BLOCKED
The system blocks the account after 3 unsuccessful attempts to log in. No need to worry – you should wait 20 minutes and try again. In case of further problems please notify us at: pomoc.techniczna@icr.pl. You will receive information with the explanation or a new starting password immediately.

Safety
Data transmission encryption system
The system will ask for your login and password assigned only by you for the purpose of using the ICR-MED system. We will never ask for one-time passwords, and especially credit card numbers, PIN codes, and other sensitive data related to you.ENCRYPTION
Connection encryption with ICR using the protocol TLS v1.0 128 bit guarantees full security of data.PASSWORDS
Passwords are always assigned individually. The password must have at least 8 characters, contain lowercase and uppercase letters and numbers or special characters.PC SECURITY
The security of all of your Internet activities (not only the safe use of the ICR-MED system) depends to a very large extent on your attention to securing your own computer. We use the most modern and professional methods of hardware and software protection, however, you need to take care of your computer and its operating system yourself. We do not have the access to your computer – here everything depends on you!LAW
As regards personal data processing as well as technical and organizational conditions that should be fulfilled by devices and computer systems used for personal data processing, we are guided by the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration dated 29 April 2004 and the provisions of the Act on Personal Data Protection dated 29 August 1997. We have also implemented the ISO27001 standard and we guarantee data protection which we have included in our declaration of conforming to ISO standards.
